Spezifität
- Reacts strongly with two bands on Western blots of total cell lysate from chick embryo fibroblasts or rat brain. The lower molecular band is believed to be either an isoform or a degradation product of the 68kD protein, since it is found also on SDS-PAGE of affinity purified paxillin. Recognizes human, canine, mouse, chick and rat.

Approved: ELISA, ICC, IHC, IP, WB (1:1000 - 1:10000)
Usage: Western blot: 1:1000-1:10000. ELISA. Immunohistochemistry. Immunocytochemistry. Immunoprecipitation. Control Lysate: A431 Lysate: Prepared from a human epidermoid carcinoma cell line. Cell lysate is available to be used as a positive control in Western blotting. Cell lysate is provided at a concentration of 1 μg/mL in SDS-PAGE buffer (62 mM Tris pH 6.8, 2 % SDS, 0.9 % beta mercaptoethanol, 0.003 % bromophenol blue and 5 % glycerol). 5-10 μL/lane is sufficient for Western blot. -
