Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 5 μg/IP reaction. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues require heat induced epitope retrieval (HIER) with citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to staining.
