Spezifität
- Reacts specifically with the STAT5b protein and does not exhibit any cross-reactivity with the highly related STAT5a protein. Cross-reactivity with other endogenous STAT isoforms has not been observed. Specificity was confirmed by Western blot analysis using cell lysates derived from human A431 cells (+/-EGF treatment), NIH 3T3 cells, HeLa cells and MCF-7 cells. Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse and rat.
