  • Applikationshinweise

ELISA: 1/100-1/500. Western blot: 1/100-1/500 (Non-Reducing Conditions). Detects a band of approximately 62 kDa in Colo 320HSR cell lysates. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen and Paraffin Sections: This product does not requireprotein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections prior to staining and does not requireantigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections.
    Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

    Hintergrund

C-myc gene product is involved in the regulation of the cell cycle and cell growth. It is primarily located to the cell nucleus, but has also been shown to localised to the cytoplasm in several cell lines. Overexpression of c-myc has been reported in a wide variety of human cancers.Synonyms: c-myc tag, myc tag, myc-tag
