Spezifität: The antibody will detect human VEGFR-3/FLT-4. In Western blots, this antibody shows a moderate cross-reactivity with VEGFR-2/KDR and a weak cross-reactivity with VEGFR-1/Flt-1.

Aufreinigung: Protein A Affinity Chromatography.

Immunogen: Recombinant human soluble FLT-4 protein (110 kDa).

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL, allows the detection of 0.25- 0.5 ng/well rhVEGFR-3/FLT-4. Western Blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL, it will detect approximately 5 ng/lane of rh VEGFR-3/FLT-4 underreducing conditions depending on the visualisation method. Immunoprecipitation: 1-5 μg/mL lysate or reaction volume.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
