- Applikationshinweise
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 48 kDa band observed in human brain (hippocampus and substantia nigra) lysates (calculated MW of 48.5 kDa according to NP_002231.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 35 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
