Beschreibung: Protein phosphatase 1, catalytic subunit, alpha isoform, also known as PPP1CA, is one ofthe three catalytic subunits of protein phosphatase 1. The protein is highly conserved ineukaryotic cells and play a role in dephosphorylating substrates such as the postsynapticdensity-associated Ca2+/calmodulin dependent protein kinaseII. It is participate in theregulation of a variety of cellular processes, such as cell division, glycogen metabolism,muscle contractility, protein synthesis and apoptosis.

Spezifität: This antibody is specific for PPP1CA. Species: Human. Others not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA. Western blot (1/500-1/2,000). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections (5 µg/ml). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
