Human Interleukin 19 (IL19) Interaktionspartner

  1. The SNP of IL-19 rs1798 may be associated with susceptibility to hepatitis B in children.

  2. These data are the first to implicate the association between the interleukin-19 and type 2 diabetes mellitus with vascular complications.

  3. IL-19 and Ang-2 might be involved in angiogenesis of T2 Diabetes mellitus complications.

  4. This study demonstrated that IL-19 and IL-24 (zeige IL24 Proteine) are associated with the modulation of T-cell responses in filarial infections.

  5. Data show reduced cytokines IL-10 (zeige IL10 Proteine) and IL-19 expression, and enhanced IL-20 (zeige IL20 Proteine) and il-1 beta (zeige IL1B Proteine) expression in chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis (CRMO) monocytes.

  6. The level of IL-19 in the peripheral blood of allergic rhinitis(AR) patients increased and was related with the clinical severity of AR.

  7. these findings suggest that molecular features at the IL19 locus may modestly alter the establishment of HIV-1 infection.

  8. IL-19 rs2243188 SNP was associated with the susceptibility to lupus nephritis in a Chinese population; but the minor C allele of SNP rs2243188 might be a protective factor for systemic lupus erythematosus

  9. These findings indicate that IL-19 production is diminished in SpA (zeige FASL Proteine). Taken together, impaired IL-19 control of the innate immune system might be involved in the pathogenesis of SpA (zeige FASL Proteine).

  10. Unstimulated and TLR-activated monocytes expressed significantly lower IL-19 mRNA in active CD patients.Exogenous IL-19 had an anti-inflammatory effect on HC but not in CD.

Mouse (Murine) Interleukin 19 (IL19) Interaktionspartner

  1. IL-19 can promote angiogenesis in the absence of hypoxia by at least two distinct mechanisms: 1) direct effects on vascular cells and 2) indirect effects by stimulation of macrophages.

  2. IL-19 plays an anti-inflammatory role in the Th2-mediated colitis model.

  3. microglia may self-limit their inflammatory response by producing the negative regulator IL-19.

  4. Lack of IL-19 exacerbates intimal hyperplasia

  5. we delineate the detailed molecular pathway for IL-4 (zeige IL4 Proteine) up-regulation of IL-19 in keratinocytes, which may play an important role in AD pathogenesis.

  6. Il-19 expression is increased in astrocytes following bacterial challenge.

  7. IL-19 is important for cutaneous wound healing because it upregulates KGF (zeige FGF7 Proteine) expression.

  8. IL-19 is a potent inhibitor of experimental atherosclerosis.

  9. IL-19 is pivotal in the pathogenesis of breast cancer.

  10. endogenous IL-19 is a constituent of the regulome that controls both processes in vivo

IL19 Protein Überblick

Protein Überblick

The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine that belongs to the IL10 cytokine subfamily. This cytokine is found to be preferentially expressed in monocytes. It can bind the IL20 receptor complex and lead to the activation of the signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3). A similar cytokine in mouse is reported to up-regulate the expression of IL6 and TNF-alpha and induce apoptosis, which suggests a role of this cytokine in inflammatory responses. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the distinct isoforms have been described.
