This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Epor Antibody,. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Target
EPOR
(Erythropoietin Receptor (EPOR))
Hintergrund
Epor is a receptor for erythropoietin. Epor mediates erythropoietin-induced erythroblast proliferation and differentiation. Upon EPO stimulation, EPOR dimerizes triggering the JAK2/STAT5 signaling cascade. In some cell types, Epor can also activate STAT1 and STAT3. Epor may also activate the LYN tyrosine kinase.
