Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry: Suitable for use on frozen sections and paraffin-embedded tissues without proteolytic treatment. Use at ~ 1:50 dilution (based on the Indirect Method, with a normal ABC method the dilution can be 5-10 times higher. The optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilution. Dilute immediately before use with PBS or Tris buffer.
