Hintergrund
- Chickens were immunized with the DYKDDDDK peptide conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity- purified using the peptide conjugated to a solid phase support and conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
