Hintergrund
 - Chickens were immunized with the C-Myc peptide conjugated with KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected. Antibodies were immunoaffinity- purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid phase. The antibodies were conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Specification: ELISA: Antibody specificity was verified by ELISA against the peptide conjugated to BSA. A 1:20,000 dilution of the antibody gave an OD = 1.0 in a 15 minute reaction using TMB as the substrate. Appropriate specificity controls were run.
