Spezifität: The mouse monoclonal antibody PcMab-47 recognizes a glycosylation-dependent epitope (aa 207-210) on human PODXL, a highly glycosylated transmembrane glycoprotein expressed above all in many types of cancer tissues, and on embryonic stem cells.

Aufreinigung: Purified antibody is conjugated with R-phycoerythrin (PE) under optimum conditions. Unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
