Background: COCL reacts with CD10, 100 kDa common acute lymphoblastic leukemia antigen (CALLA), which is expressed on lymphoid precursors, germinal center B cells, and peripheral blood granulocytes. CD10 is a regulator of B cell growth and proliferation.
