Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: This mAb is useful for activation of T cells. It can be administered in solution or a solid phase. Recommended concentration for optimal cytokine production is 100 ng/mL. It is also useful for studies of CD3 expression in cells and tissue sections. For flow cytometry staining of paraformaldehyde fixed cells, fixation is recommended after staining.
