Applikationshinweise: For quantification of apoA1 in serum/ plasma samples and cell culture supernatants using ELISA. HDL 44 is recommended as detection mAb in combination with coating mAb HDL 110 . The antibody is also suitable for immunoprecipitation and Western blot.
