Applikationshinweise:

Known_Application: Immunoprecipitation (1-2 μg/500 μg protein lysate), Western Blot (1-2 μg/mL for 2 hours at RT), Optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined.

Positive_Control: A431 cells, Breast or Bladder cancer.
