Applikationshinweise
Peptide ELISA: Limit Dilution: 1/64000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx 60 kDa band observed in Human Bone Marrow, LymphNode and Tonsil lysates (calculated MW of 44.0 kDa according to NP_061848.2). Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
