Recommended concentration: 0.1 - 0.5 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Human Liver shows vesicular staining in thecytoplasm of hepatocytes. Recommended concentration: 2 - 4 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
