Der Kaninchen Polyklonal anti-CREB1 Antikörper (ABIN358113) detektiert spezifisch CREB1 in WB, IHC (p) und EIA.
Dieser Antikörper reagiert spezifisch mit Proben aus Human.
This antibody detects CREB pSer133. Predicted to cross react with Mouse (100 % Antigen Homology).
Aufreinigung
Protein G Affinity Chromatography. Then, the antibody fraction is peptide affinity purified in a 2-step procedure with control and phosphorylated peptides. The phospho-specific antibody is eluted with high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately, followed by dialysis against PBS.
Immunogen
This antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to amino acid residues surrounding S133 of human CREB.
ELISA: 1/1,000. Western Blot: 1/100-1/500. Immunohistochemistry: 1/50-1/100. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Hintergrund
CREB is a transcription factor that is a member of the leucine zipper family of DNA binding proteins. This protein binds as a homodimer to the cAMP-responsive element, (CRE), a sequence present in many viral and cellular promoters. The protein is phosphorylated by several protein kinases, and induces transcription of genes in response to hormonal stimulation of the cAMP pathway.Synonyms: CREB-1, Cyclic AMP-responsive element-binding protein 1, cAMP-responsive element-binding protein 1
