Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections) and Immunocytochemistry. Immunofluorescence: 1:200-1:1000. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000. A band at ~220kD is seen on SDS-PAGE. Immunocytochemistry: 1:200-1:1000. Positive control: U205, 293T, and MO59K cell lysates (human) and MEF lysates (mouse).
