Spezifität: This antibody recognises the human CD44 cell surface antigen and is routinely tested in flow cytometry on human peripheral blood lymphocytes.

Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for Flow cytometry (Use 10 μL of neat antibody to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL). Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections (1/50-1/100) and Frozen sections. Positive Control: human tonsil.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
