Spezifität: This antibody p90RSK (Phospho-Ser352) detects endogenous levels of p90RSK only when phosphorylated at serine 352.

Aufreinigung: Immunoaffinity Chromatography: The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.

Immunogen: The antiserum was produced against synthesized phosphopeptide derived from mouse p90RSK around the phosphorylation site of serine 352 (R-D-SP-P-G).
