Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing or reducing conditions. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. Detection limit is ~1.5 ng/well. Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitate rhChymase. from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells.
