Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, and Flow Cytometry. The antibody may be used in combination with AHP425 in ELISAs for ovine IL-8. Neutralizes the bioactivity of ovine IL-8. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Flow Cytometry: 1:10. ELISA: 5 μg/mL.
