This clone is excellent for coating on solid phase in ELISA, IRMA. Matched with PSA clone M612166. This pair is utilized for the detection of free PSA.
Optimal conditions should be determined by the investigator.

Kommentare

10-P21A can be used as the capture antibody with10-P20A as the detection antibody in ELISA for detection of free PSA.
This antibody does not react with human albumin, AFP, CEA, ferritin, hCG, PAP, CA 125, CA 19-9, or CA 15-3.
