Usage: UCHT1 is directed against human CD3 - the multichain complex associated with the T-cell receptor. Precursor T-cells are surface CD3 negative but positive for cytoplasmic CD3. All mature T-cells are both cytoplasmic and surface CD3 positive. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. - Kommentare
