Applikationshinweise

Fluorescence microscopy or flow cytometry: 2 µg/5x106 platelets/test Immunohistochemistry: Working dilution: 1:50 - 1:100. Only suitable on frozen sections or cell smears. Not recommended for use in Western blot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. The addition of 0.1 % (w/v) sodium azide is recommended for storage of the Reconstituted form for up to one month at 2-8 °C.
