Applikationshinweise: Approved: Flo, IF, IHC (2 - 4 μg/mL), IP, WB

Usage: Suitable for Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications. Immunohistochemistry: 2-4 μg/mL. Strongly labels follicular dendritic cells (FDC). Note: Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer,  pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
