Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Tyrosine Kinase Assay and Inhibition of insulin binding. May also be used as insulin-like agonist. ELISA: Both as capture and detection. Immunoprecipitation (Use Protein G): 2 μg/mg protein lysate. Tyrosine Kinase Assay: Antibody-mediated capture on microtiter plates. Positive control: IM-9 lymphocyte cells and Placenta. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
