  • Spezifität

    Recognizes a ~27kD protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of HSP27 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots. Species cross-reactivity: Human, monkey and fish (rainbow trout). Does not exhibit reactivity with rodent HSP25, alphaA, alphaB or beta-crystallin proteins.

    Purified HSP24 isolated from MCF-7, a human breast tumor cell line. Upon cloning and sequence analysis of the gene encoding the 24kD protein, nucleotide sequence comparison revealed complete identity with the small heat shock protein, HSP27.

    Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunoelectron Microscopy, Apoptosis Induction, and EIA/ELISA. Western Blot (ECL): 1 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: 5 μg/mL. immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL. Immunoelectron Microscopy: 1:50. Positive control: H1838-01: HeLa Heat Shocked Cell Lysate. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
