Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot Analysis: 1-4 μg/mL of this lot detected 53BP1 in lysates from HeLa cells. Immunoprecipitation: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to immunoprecipitate 53BP1 from HeLa cell lysate. Immunocytochemistry: Has been reported by an independent laboratory to show positive immunostaining for 53BP1 in HeLa cells fixed with 3 % paraformaldehyde and permeabilized in 0.5 % Triton X-100. -
