Spezifität
- Recognizes the human CD195 cell surface antigen, a 45kD glycoprotein also known as CCR5. CD195 acts as a receptor for a number of chemokines including RANTES and eotaxin and also serves as a co-receptor for the entry of HIV into cells. CD195 is expressed by a subset of T lymphocytes and by monocytes.
