Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~25 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Reducing conditions are not recommended. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~10 ng/well.
