Species cross-reactivity: Human & mouse. Reactivity with rat is likely but not confirmed.

Immunohistochemistry (Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue): 2-10 μg/mL. Requires heat induced epitope retrieval. Positive control: HeLa, A431 and WI-38 human cell lines.
