Usage: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin sections): 1:60-1:100. Incubate 1 hour at RT. Stain by standard ABC technique. Requires heat antigen retrieval in 0.01 citrate buffer (microwave 4x2 minutes). Positive control: Human placenta - extravillous cytotrophoblast. -
