Applikationshinweise: Approved: Flo (1:25 - 1:100), IHC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P (1:100 - 1:200, 5 μg/mL), IP

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1:25-1:100, 10 μL labels 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:100-1:200. Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment with citrate buffer  pH 6.0 prior to staining of paraffin sections.
