Applikationshinweise: This antibody has been tested for use in ELISA (1: 10,000-1: 20,000), Immunohistochemistry(1: 1,000) and Western blotting (1: 500-1: 2,000). Reactivity in other immunoassays isunknown. This antibody detects a band of approximately 90 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 78 kDa).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
