Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx. 50-55kDa band observed in Human Liver and Human Placenta lysates (calculated MW of 32.7kDa according to NP_116179.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Li et al, ,J Biol Chem. 2007 Oct 5,282(40):29448-56., PMID: 17702753). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
