Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 35kDa band observed in human lymph node and human spleen lysates (calculated MW of 25.3kDa according to NP_031386.1). The observed molecular weight is explained by glycosylation (Han et al, Blood. 2004 Nov 1,104(9):2858-66. Epub 2004 Jul 6, PMID: 15238421). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
