Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western Blot: Approx 100-120kDa band seen in HepG2 lysate. Recommended for use at 0.2-1µg/ml (Predicted MW approx 92kDa according to NP_005753). Immunofluorescence: Successfully used in on mouse embryo at the late zygote stage, 5ug/ml (personal communication).

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
