Hamster Pelts are source material for hair and whole epidermis for processing by acetone precipitation. Hamster pelts are a source of animal derived allergens which may be used in allergy testing for selected patients with allergic rhinitis or asthma. Hamster Pelts may also contain dust, dander, urine, feces and saliva which may also be potent allergens.
