Konzentration: 0.5 mg/mL

Buffer: 50 mM HEPES containing 0.1 M NaCl, 1 mM MgCl2, 0.1 mM ZnCl2 with 0.09 % Sodium Azide as preservative and 0.2 % BSA as stabilizer.

Handhabung: Do not freeze! Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity.
