Approved: ELISA (1:1000 - 1:11000), IHC (1:200 - 1:1000), WB (1:500 - 1:2500)

Usage: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-anti body based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
