Native Proteine

In vivo werden neue Proteine mit Hilfe von Chaperonen in hochspezifische dreidimensionale Formen gefaltet. Diese Konformation, die als Tertiärstruktur bezeichnet wird, ermöglicht es dem Protein, seine biologische Funktion zu erfüllen. (Viele Enzyme und andere nicht-strukturelle Proteine haben mehr als einen nativen Zustand, und sie funktionieren oder werden reguliert, indem sie zwischen diesen Zuständen übergehen. Der Begriff "nativer Zustand" wird jedoch fast ausschließlich im Singular verwendet, typischerweise um korrekt gefaltete Proteine von denaturierten oder ungefalteten zu unterscheiden.

Für die funktionelle Analyse von Proteinen ist es entscheidend, native Proteine zu verwenden, wie wir sie in unserem Shop in einer Vielzahl von über 2.000 Produkten anbieten, z. B.
