Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the vial at 10000 rpm for 30 s before opening, reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/mL by gently pipetting 2-3 times, don't vortex.

Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20 mM Succinate, 4 % Trehalose, 4 % Mannitol, 0.2 mM CaCl2, 0.02 % Tween 80, pH 4.5.
