Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the vial at 10000 rpm for 30 s before opening, reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/mL by gently pipetting 2-3 times, don't vortex.

Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20 mM Citrate, 6 % Sucrose, 4 % Mannitol, 0.05 % Tween 80, pH 4.0.
