This protein contains a polyhistidine tag at its C-Terminus. Molecular weight calculated from the amino acid sequence is 70.2 kDa. When reduced by Dithiothreitol (DTT), this protein will migrate as 110-115 kDa in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. Accession # AAA75493 (Thr 23-Thr 652).
