Handhabung

Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Hintergrund: LIGHT, also known as tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 14 (TNFSF14), is a secreted protein of the TNF superfamily. It is recognized by herpesvirus entry mediator (HVEM), as well as decoy receptor 3.This protein has been shown to stimulate the proliferation of T cells, and trigger apoptosis of various tumor cells.

Molekulargewicht: 52.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 53-140 kDa under Non reducing (N) condition based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
