Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. It is recommended to resuspend at 0.5 mg/mL if the lyophilized powder is 100 μg or less, at 1 mg/mL for 500 μg or 1 mg lyophilized powder. Do not mix by vortex or vigorous shaking.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Lagerung: -20 °C,-80 °C

Hintergrund: Dendritic cell-associated C-type lectin-1 (Dectin-1), also known as β-glucan receptor is an emerging pattern recognition receptor (PRR) which belongs to the family of C-type lectin receptor (CLR). Dectin-1 signaling axis has been suggested to be targeted as an effective therapeutic strategy for cancers. Dectin-1 has also been elucidated ascetically in the heart, respiratory, intestinal, neurological and developmental disorders.
